Heila crane parts

Parts for Heila knuckle boom cranes, on trucks and on the water, new and used: cylinders and seal kits, valves and hydraulics, boom and slewing parts, winch parts, controls and safety switches. Tell us the model and serial number and we will find the part and quote it.

Robert's Diesel Works is an independent crane parts, service and repair shop in Orlando, Florida. We are not a Heila dealer. What we do is find parts for Heila knuckle boom cranes one crane at a time: we match the part to the model and serial number, quote it new or used, and ship it to wherever the crane is working, on a truck, a dock or a boat.

Getting a price on a Heila crane part

A Heila part is matched to the crane it goes on, and the right part can change between serial ranges of one model. The quickest quote starts with:

  • The model, exactly as it reads on the crane's serial plate or the boom decal
  • The serial number from the same plate, and the year if it is shown
  • The part number if you can read it, or a photograph of the part and where it sits on the crane
  • How the crane is mounted: on a truck, on a deck or dock, fixed or on a base
  • Where the crane is, so we can quote the freight with the part

Call (877) 697-6272 during business hours, or send the details through the form at the bottom of this page. If you do not know what the part is called, describe what it does. A photograph of the plate and one of the part is usually enough for us to work it out.

Need a part for a Heila crane?

Read us the model and serial number off the crane's plate, add the part number or a photograph, and we will find the part and quote it, new or used.

If it bolts onto a Heila crane and it is not on the list, ask anyway. Most of what we sell is found part by part, for one crane at a time.

Marine and truck mounted Heila cranes

Many Heila cranes work on boats, barges and docks, and many more on trucks. A crane in salt air wears its seals, pins, bushings, hoses and electrical connections faster than one inland, and a seized pin or a corroded switch is often the part that stops the job. Tell us where the crane lives and we will allow for it: stainless or coated hardware where it exists, and a look at the parts next to the one that failed. For other marine and deck cranes see marinecrane.net.

New or used

Both. Seals, hoses, filters, wear pads and wire rope should be new. For an older crane, a good used cylinder, valve bank or slewing part is often what keeps the crane earning instead of parked. Tell us which you would rather have, or ask us to price both. We tell you the condition of a used part before you buy it.

Fitting the part

If the part is only half the job, bring the crane to our shop at 906 West Gore St in Orlando. We reseal cylinders, chase hydraulic leaks, sort out slewing, outrigger, winch and control faults, and repair the truck under the crane. See Heila crane service and repair.

Shipping

We ship Heila crane parts across the United States and to customers overseas, including the Caribbean and Latin America. Freight is quoted with the part, so tell us where it is going.

Common questions

Are you a Heila dealer?

No. Robert's Diesel Works is an independent shop and is not an authorized Heila dealer. We source Heila crane parts by model and serial number, new and used, and we service and repair Heila knuckle boom cranes. For factory warranty work on a new crane, go through the manufacturer's dealer network.

Can I order Heila crane parts online?

There is no online cart for Heila parts, because every part is checked against the model and serial number before it is quoted. Send the details through the form and we reply by phone or email with a price. Our online catalogue, the PM parts store, carries PM crane parts only.

Do you have a Heila parts manual?

We do not publish manuals on this site, and you do not need one to order: the model and serial number are what we use to identify the part. If you have the page from your own book, send a photograph of it with the item circled.

What if the plate is missing or unreadable?

Send photographs of the whole crane, the boom decals and the part. The layout of the crane, the number of extensions and the cylinder sizes usually narrow it down.

Do you work on other knuckle boom cranes?

Yes. We service and repair knuckle boom cranes, boom trucks and the diesel trucks under them. For used cranes and crane trucks see drywallcranes.com.
